Daichi Matsukawa, director of NieR Reincarnation, announced on Twitter that the English localization of NieR Reincarnation has been completed. The developers make the final adjustments before making the game available for global pre-registration.
He also apologizes twice, although, as far as we can tell, he didn’t do anything wrong. What a class.
In case you haven’t been chasing it, NieR Reincarnation is an ambitious RPG set in the popular NieR universe. You play as a young girl accompanied by a ghostly floating buddy named Mama.
As you progress through the campaign in NieR Automata, you will unlock memories of the girl’s past. You will also avoid an armored creature called the Dark Monster because if you don’t avoid it, you will die.
The battles are simple and turn-based, and the shooting parts are apparently modeled on the hacking sections in NieR Automata.
NieR Automata will be out later this year. It looks like the pre-registration campaign is about to begin as well. We will let you know when to start.
